We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimation & Quotation Executive to join our team.

Job Summary

The Estimation & Quotation Executive will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, costing products, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring the timely submission of techno-commercial proposals to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate quotations based on customer enquiries and technical requirements.
- Study customer drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project details.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, Purchase, and Production teams for pricing and technical inputs.
- Prepare product costing and commercial proposals.
- Maintain quotation records and update enquiry status regularly.
- Revise quotations based on customer requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations.
- Follow up internally for pending information required for quotations.
- Maintain proper documentation of enquiries, quotations, revisions, and approvals.




- Support tender and estimation-related activities whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of commercial and pricing information.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory).
- Valuable knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.

Qualifications

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, Diploma, B.Tech, or any relevant qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in quotation making, estimation, costing, or sales coordination is preferred.
- Freshers with strong MS Excel skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Experience in the manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, construction, or industrial products industry will be an added advantage.

Job Details

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depending on experience and performance)
- Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Office Timing: 10:00AM to 6:00 PM
