We have an urgent chance for Tools & Automation Specialist (Infrastructure & IT Operations Automation) position with a IT Global Company, at the forefront of digital transformation initiatives with deep domain expertise across BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, and Government sectors

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible (Playbooks, Roles, Inventories, Templates)
- Good scripting knowledge in Python and/or PowerShell
- Experience with GitHub/Git (Repository Management, Branching, Pull Requests, Version Control)
- Experience in Infrastructure & IT Operations Automation
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, YAML
- Windows and Linux Administration fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and automation design skills
- Basic understanding of Agentic AI

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Experience with Apache Airflow
- Exposure to Azure and/or AWS environments




- Experience integrating ITSM and Monitoring tools such as ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Zabbix, Site24x7, etc.
- Containerization knowledge (Docker) will be beneficial

Role Expectations

- Develop and maintain Ansible-based automation solutions.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational tasks.
- Build integrations using APIs and workflow automation tools.
- Manage automation code through GitHub repositories.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing automation workflows.
