Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Production Executive / Production Operator to handle the day-to-day production of customized gift products such as mugs, T-shirts, keychains, acrylic products, trophies, mementos, photo frames and other personalized gifts.

The candidate will be responsible for operating printing/production machines, preparing materials, checking product quality and completing orders within the required timeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day production of customized gift products.
- Operate mug printing, T-shirt printing, UV printing, sublimation and other printing machines.
- Assist in laser engraving/cutting and acrylic/wood product production.
- Prepare and arrange raw materials according to customer orders.
- Transfer designs/files to the appropriate production machines.
- Set basic machine parameters such as temperature, time, speed and pressure as required.
- Ensure proper placement and alignment of designs on mugs, T-shirts, keychains and other products.
- Inspect finished products for printing quality, color, alignment, finishing and defects.
- Perform basic finishing activities such as cleaning, trimming, assembling, polishing and packing.
- Maintain daily production records and order status.
- Coordinate with the Design and Sales teams regarding production requirements.
- Complete production orders within the assigned deadline.
- Minimize material wastage and maintain proper stock of production materials.
- Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance of machines.




- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean production area.
- Report machine issues, defective materials or production delays to the supervisor.
- Support other production activities as required.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of printing/production processes.
- Experience with sublimation, mug printing, heat press or UV printing will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computer operation and handling design files.
- Positive attention to detail.
- Ability to follow production instructions accurately.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.
- Basic machine troubleshooting skills.
- Teamwork and willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in digital printing, sublimation printing, mug printing, T-shirt printing, laser engraving, UV printing, gift manufacturing or photo studio production will be preferred.

Freshers can also be considered if they have a willingness to learn machine operation and production work.

Working Conditions

- Full-time, on-site production role.
