- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in data platform architecture and processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align data platform strategies with organizational goals.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAS Analytics.
- Experience in data integration and platform design principles related to SAS Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and support platform optimization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and technical teams to ensure system cohesion.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and their application within data platforms.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving data platform issues to maintain system reliability.
