We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with strong communication skills in both Hindi and English and proven experience in B2B corporate sales. Candidates with prior experience in the garment industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads through IndiaMART and other business portals.
- Visit schools, colleges, universities, and corporate offices for business development.
- Meet and engage with HR Managers, Admin Heads, Purchase Managers, and Procurement Teams.
- Identify and research new business opportunities in strategic growth sectors.
- Develop leads, build relationships, and close sales opportunities.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
- Collect customer requirements for garments and related products.
- Prepare and submit quotations.
- Follow up with prospects until order closure.




- Coordinate with the production team for smooth order execution.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Positive knowledge of corporate sales processes.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing.
- Experience in the garment industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, or industrial safety products will be an added advantage.
