Job Title: Floor Supervisor / Workshop Supervisor

Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Workshop Operations & Control

- Supervise daily activities in the service workshop

- Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor work progress

- Ensure all vehicles are serviced as per job card and within TAT

2. Quality & Productivity

- Check quality of work done by technicians before delivery

- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment and workshop safety standards

- Minimize rework and customer complaints

3. Team Management

- Manage, guide and train technicians and helpers

- Conduct daily morning briefing and assign targets

- Maintain discipline, attendance and productivity of floor staff

4. Coordination

- Coordinate with Service Advisors for job updates, parts requirement and delivery time





- Coordinate with Spare Parts and Warranty team for pending jobs

- Report daily production, manpower and pending status to Service Manager

5. 5S, Safety & Housekeeping

- Ensure workshop cleanliness, 5S and safety norms are followed

- Monitor proper usage of PPE and company assets

Key Skills Required

- Technical knowledge of 4-wheeler service, diagnosis and repair process

- Leadership & Team handling skills

- Good communication in Malayalam and English

- Problem solving and decision making ability

- Computer knowledge - Basic MS Office, DMS software
