Over the years, MMSPL has grown into a prominent service provider with 52 offices located in key Indian cities, ports, and ICDs. The company offers a wide range of services, including bulk and break bulk cargo handling, containerized cargo surveys, stevedoring, pure car carrier operations, container storage and repairs, and CFS management.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive – HR with 2–4 years of experience to handle day-to-day HR operations, attendance, employee documentation, and basic payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily attendance records and prepare shift rosters.
- Maintain and update employee documentation and records.
- Handle basic payroll inputs and coordinate for monthly payroll processing.




- Address and resolve routine employee queries and grievances.
- Coordinate with senior management and the Head Office on HR-related matters.
- Support joining, exit, leave, and other HR processes.
- Prepare basic HR reports and MIS as required.
- Ensure timely completion of HR-related activities and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and attendance management.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle employee queries professionally.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Shipping, Logistics, or related industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
