Role Overview - As an HR Recruiter, you will own the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding. You'll work directly with founders and hiring managers to identify hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while hiring at startup speed. Must be fluent in spoken & written Hindi as it is mandatory as the role targets audiences from Tier 3 & 4 cities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions.
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Create and manage job postings across recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, attitude, and startup culture fit.
- Negotiate compensation and successfully close candidates.
- Coordinate documentation, offer letters, and onboarding activities.




- Maintain accurate ATS/database records and recruitment trackers.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Share weekly hiring reports, recruitment metrics, and pipeline updates with leadership.
- Continuously improve hiring processes and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of recruitment and HR operations experience in a startup or fast-paced organization.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions, including Marketing, Product, Operations, Design, and Technology.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social platforms.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Excellent negotiation and candidate-closing skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously with quick turnaround times.
- Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and confidentiality.

- Experience hiring for startup environments.
- Experience scaling teams rapidly.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
