Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations, including receivables, payables, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience in taxation, and the ability to manage client interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
- Handle GST filings, including return preparation and reconciliation
- Perform TDS calculations and ensure timely filing of TDS returns
- Prepare and present MIS reports for management review
- Execute Chart of Accounts (COA) mapping and maintain consistency in financial reporting
- Coordinate directly with clients for accounting requirements, clarifications, and updates
- Work with various accounting tools/software to ensure efficient financial operations
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Practical experience in GST and TDS compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as Zoho Books, Tally, or similar tools)
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting and financial analysis
- Ability to handle multiple clients and manage deadlines efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Professional certifications (CA Inter / CMA Inter / equivalent) will be an added advantage
