Industrial Architect – Plant Design

Job Summary:
ViData PowerTech Limited is looking for an experienced Industrial Architect to support the planning and design of our manufacturing plant at Phaltan, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial/factory projects and be capable of handling plant planning, architectural design and coordination with various engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop the master plan and architectural layout for the manufacturing plant.
- Plan production areas, warehouses, offices, utilities, testing areas and other facilities.
- Prepare architectural, working and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and MEP .
- Ensure effective space utilization, workflow and material movement within the plant.
- Ensure designs comply with NBC, fire safety norms and applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants during project execution.




- Review site progress and ensure construction is as per approved drawings.
- Assist in approvals and statutory requirements related to the project.

Qualification:

- B.Arch / Bachelor of Architecture
- Council of Architecture registration preferred.

Preferred Experience:

- 5–10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in industrial buildings, manufacturing plants, factories or large-scale projects preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is essential; Revit/BIM knowledge will be an advantage.
