Education : Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent.

Experience : 7+ years of Total Experience and Atleast 2 Years as a Scrum Master

Location : Chennai.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Maintain Azure DevOps boards and dashboards to track features, user stories, and defects accurately.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, daily stand-ups, sprint closure, end-user demos, and release planning.
- Share regular sprint progress updates with business stakeholders.
- Ensure engineering team features are refined, solution-ready, and prepared for development.
- Identify and remove impediments that could impact delivery of a releasable product increment.
- Lead sprint retrospectives and ensure improvement actions are tracked through completion.
- Monitor Agile metrics, including velocity, burndown, cycle time, defect trends, predictability, and team capacity.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies, delivery risks,



and blockers across business, engineering, QA, release, and Salesforce platform teams.
- Support release readiness by coordinating sprint deliverables, testing progress, stakeholder approvals, and deployment preparation.
- Apply solid planning, organization, systems thinking, Agile practices, and Scrum values.
- Scrum Master certification is preferred.
- Use critical thinking to solve complex problems and identify broader opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong coaching, facilitation, teaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Must have prior Salesforce exposure and experience managing Salesforce projects.
