About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph, RAG architectures, AI agents, and workflow automation tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building AI chatbots, autonomous agents, voice AI systems, and scalable GenAI applications for real-world business use cases.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to create intelligent automation systems and conversational AI products.

Key Responsibilities

LLM & Generative AI Development

- Develop and deploy AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Build advanced AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
- Design multi-agent AI systems and autonomous workflows
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases
- Fine-tune prompts and optimize AI response quality

AI Chatbot & Agent Development

- Build AI chatbots for customer support, sales, HR, and internal automation
- Develop AI agents capable of executing tasks and tool calling
- Integrate APIs, databases, CRMs, and third-party systems with AI agents
- Build memory, context management, and conversation orchestration systems

AI Voice Development

- Develop voice-based AI assistants and conversational voice bots
- Integrate Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems
- Work with real-time voice streaming and telephony integrations
- Implement multilingual AI voice capabilities

Automation & Workflow Engineering

- Automate business workflows using AI orchestration tools
- Build intelligent pipelines for document processing, data extraction, and task automation
- Integrate AI systems with platforms like WhatsApp, Slack, CRM, ERP, and web applications
- Optimize AI workflows for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency

Deployment & Infrastructure

- Deploy AI applications using cloud platforms and APIs
- Work with vector databases and embedding pipelines
- Monitor AI application performance and reliability




- Ensure data security, compliance, and responsible AI practices

- Experience with MCP servers, workflow automation, and agent orchestration is a plus

Ideal Candidate Profile
