Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment and HR administration at the manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate requirements.
- Manage employee joining, documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance and leave management.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements.
- Handle payroll inputs, employee queries and HR documentation.
- Manage contract labour / manpower agency coordination.
- Support statutory compliance, labour laws and HR policies.
- Handle employee engagement and grievance management.




- Coordinate training and induction programs.
- Prepare HR MIS and regular reports.
- Maintain discipline and support smooth employee relations.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / MBA / PG in HR / Personnel Management preferred.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll inputs and employee relations.
- Experience handling blue-collar / plant manpower will be preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
