Partnership Specialist – Corporate & Campus Alliances

1. ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an articulate, persuasive, and dynamic Partnership Specialist to serve as a key representative across corporate enterprise and higher education networks. In this role, you will deliver compelling pitches for our full suite of EdTech, university, and corporate offerings while building long-term alliances. Additionally, you will coordinate with talent acquisition and project support teams to provide back-end assistance when specific project demands arise.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Strategic Pitching & Alliances: Deliver high-impact presentations to CXOs, HR Heads, Deans, and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) to close MoUs and commercial partnerships.

● Account Management & Innovation: Customize technical pitch decks and outreach strategies to nurture institutional and corporate relationships for long-term engagement.

● Project & Talent Acquisition Coordination: Coordinate with internal talent acquisition and project support teams to provide occasional back-end assistance for hiring drives and enterprise deliverables.

OPERATIONAL EXPECTATIONS

● Executive Presence: Maintain a qualified, presentable demeanor when representing the organization at boardrooms, campus expos, and networking events.

● Mobility: Openness to travel for client meetings or events and relocate as required by project demands.

● Adaptability: Ability to switch smoothly between front-end partnership pitching and back-end operational support.

4. ELIGIBILITY & BASIC REQUIREMENTS

● Experience: Open to Freshers with exceptional communication skills OR candidates with 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, corporate sales, or client relations.

● Education: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in any domain.

● Domain Aptitude: Clear understanding of higher education ecosystems (colleges, TPOs) and corporate upskilling/hiring landscapes.

5. KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

● Persuasive Communication: Fluent and impactful verbal and written English pitching skills.

● Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with senior academicians and corporate decision-makers.

● Technical & Visual Tools: Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, CRM tools, and Canva or PowerPoint for customized pitch creation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
