Job Summary

IMTS Institute is looking for a Meta Ads Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

The role will focus on lead generation, campaign optimization, performance tracking, and maximizing advertising ROI, preferably within the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Generate high-quality student admission leads while maintaining target CPL and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns for maximum conversions.
- Conduct audience research, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and Meta Pixel.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and copies.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.




- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends, policies, and algorithm changes.

Ideal Candidate

- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, CPL, ROAS, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Pixel.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Good understanding of A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
- Experience in the EdTech industry will be an advantage.
