Qualifications, Skills & Experience.

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and financial records.
- Manage personal and business accounts of the personal/directors.
- Handle accounting related to personal, home, vehicle, business, mortgage, and other financial liabilities.
- Track loan repayments, interest calculations, EMIs and TDS refunds.
- Reconcile bank accounts, loan accounts, and ledger balances.
- Assist in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with banks, CAs, auditors, and financial institutions for documentation and reconciliations.
- Maintain records of investments, fixed assets, and financial documents.
- Ensure timely payment of EMIs, utility bills, taxes, and other financial obligations.
- Perform account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Online banking payments like NEFT, RTGS, Gpay.




- ⁠Taxation Rules, Regulations & Return Filling Process for GST, E-way Bill, Custom Duty & TDS.

- Online Portals usage of GST, E-way Bill, Customs / Ice gate, TDS, Income Tax & ROC.
- Full knowledge of Excel, Email, Tally ERP and Service Industry experience must be.Job Summary

- Minimum 4/5 years of Experience in Accounting, Taxation & Finance.
- Able to pass all the accounting entries in tally.
- Cost Centre knowledge.
- Payroll knowledge
- Bank Reconciliation + Party Ledgers.

3. Salaries & Benefits.

- Salary Range will be Rs. 22,500 to Rs. 27,500/- CTC this is just for your reference.
- Final Salary will be decided at the time of Interview only.
- Salaried on Company Payroll.
