Job Description:
Lead
tech pack creation (spec sheets, construction details, BOMs, grading).
Translate design concepts into production-ready garment patterns.
Oversee fit sessions and ensure size & comfort standards for 0–4 years
babywear.
Collaborate closely with design, sourcing, and vendors to ensure quality
execution.
Work across core babywear fabrics (jersey, interlock, ribs, muslin, terry,
fleece, waffle).
Ensure all products adhere to infant safety standards & compliance (AQL,
CPSIA, azo-free, etc.).
Manage sample development process with factories / external partners.
Research and integrate upcoming AI-powered design tools for efficiency in
tech design.
Guide junior designers / interns, ensuring consistency in technical design.
