Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Ticketing Executive to join our Tours & Travel team. The candidate will be responsible for handling domestic and international flight and train bookings, Tatkal reservations, ticket modifications/cancellations, and visa processing while ensuring smooth and timely service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings and reservations.
- Manage train ticket bookings, including Tatkal reservations.
- Process ticket cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and itinerary changes.
- Handle visa documentation and application processing for clients.
- Coordinate with airlines, railway portals, vendors, and travel partners.
- Check fares, availability, booking rules, and cancellation policies.
- Maintain accurate booking records and client documentation.
- Assist clients with travel-related queries and provide timely updates.




- Ensure all bookings and documentation are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Requirements

- Atleast 2 years of experience in ticketing/travel operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of flight and train booking procedures.
- Experience with platforms such as IRCTC, TBO, MakeMyTrip, TripJack, or similar travel portals is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of visa processing and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work under time-sensitive situations.

Preferred Candidate: Someone with practical experience in ticketing, Tatkal booking, visa processing, and travel operations who can independently manage day-to-day booking requirements.

Pay: ₹10,029.16 - ₹20,000.00 per month
