Position Title:

Primary Teacher (All Subjects)

Job Summary:

A Primary Teacher is responsible for teaching and guiding students of primary classes while creating a positive, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment. The teacher will handle multiple subjects, support students’ overall development, and encourage academic excellence along with moral values and discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach all primary-level subjects effectively using interactive teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and classroom activities.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor students’ academic performance and progress.
- Encourage participation, creativity, and critical thinking among students.
- Conduct regular class tests, assessments, and maintain records.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.




- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
- Support the school’s academic goals and values.

Basic Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- D.El.Ed./B.Ed. preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Passion for teaching and handling young learners.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong classroom management skills.
- Creative and activity-based teaching approach.
- Patience, teamwork, and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to teach multiple subjects effectively.

Experience:

- Freshers and experienced candidates both may apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
