Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Panchkula, IT Park
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed Night Shift 5:30pm to 2:30AM)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience to manage and maintain company databases, generate insights from data, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess solid analytical skills, excellent command of advanced Excel, and a solid understanding of database structures and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security of data
- Clean, organize, and validate data to support reporting and analytics needs
- Use advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, etc.) to analyze large data sets and generate meaningful insights
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for business teams and management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver customized solutions
- Identify trends, anomalies,



and opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis
- Ensure data quality and compliance with data governance policies
- Assist in automating reports and dashboards to improve efficiency

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
