Profile - Accounts Executive

Qualification - B.Com/M.Com

Experience -Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts, preferably in a manufacturing company.

Salary - Upto 35k + Food + Accommodation

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, vendor/customer accounts, GST/TDS compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal and expense entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain vendor/customer ledgers and conduct regular reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns and other compliance-related activities.
- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, expense bills and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, production, sales and administration teams for accounting-related matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Assist in monthly closing,



MIS reports and management reporting.
- Support costing, inventory accounting and stock reconciliation activities.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up with concerned departments/vendors.
- Assist auditors during statutory/internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable accounting standards.

Skills

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, basic taxation and accounting principles.
- Experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of inventory, purchase and manufacturing accounting will be preferred.
- Valuable analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
