We work with defence establishments, government organizations, and industrial customers across India.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Executive who can independently manage accounts, compliance, administration, documentation, and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily accounting and bookkeeping in Zoho Books
- Vendor bills, purchase entries, and payment tracking
- Customer invoicing and receivable follow-up
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
- GST, TDS, and statutory compliance coordination
- E-way bills, e-invoicing, and documentation
- GeM, tender, and government documentation support
- Inventory and store record coordination
- Employee attendance, payroll, and HR documentation
- Coordination with CA, auditors, banks, and consultants




- Preparation of MIS reports and management dashboards
- General office administration and record management

Required Skills:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting and administration
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
- Experience with Zoho Books, Tally, or ERP software
- Good Excel and reporting skills
- Strong communication and follow-up ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:

- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Experience with government tenders and GeM portal
- Experience handling multiple business entities

Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and capability)
