Who We're Looking For

- Have a minimum of 3 years of strong digital marketing experience.
- Have hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
- Have strong experience managing Google Ads, including Search and Display campaigns.
- Are experienced in lead generation, audience targeting, campaign optimization and performance marketing.
- Can work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Meta Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
- Manage Google Ads, including Search and Display campaigns.
- Create and test different ad creatives, audiences, ad copy and campaign strategies.
- Generate high-quality leads for immigration and investment programs.
- Monitor and optimize CPL, qualified leads, conversion rate and ad spend.




- Research and identify the correct geography, demographics, interests and target audience.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality, sales outcomes and conversions.
- Provide weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce cost and improve lead quality.
