Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain customer data, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage customer interactions and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain customer data within the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer requirements and project updates.
- Track leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and documentation.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention.




- Generate regular CRM reports and maintain data accuracy.
- Support customer onboarding and post-sales relationship management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–4 years of experience in CRM, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Customer Service, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with CRM software and customer databases.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
