We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Company-provided leads par customers se call aur follow-up karna.
- Customer requirements samajhna aur suitable properties explain karna.
- Interested customers ke saath property/site visits coordinate karna.
- Customers ke doubts handle karna aur negotiations mein support karna.
- Leads ko successfully sales mein convert aur deals close karna.
- Regular follow-ups maintain karna aur monthly sales targets achieve karna.
- Customers ke saath skilled relationship maintain karna.

Requirements:

- Real estate sales experience required.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Sales closing ka proven experience preferred.
- Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of real estate sales process.

Candidate ko cold calling ya lead generation nahi karna hoga; provided leads ko follow-up karke sales mein convert karna hoga.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
