Key Responsibilities

- Lead the creative direction and video production quality across multiple client brands.
- Edit high-quality Reels, digital ads, promotional videos, brand films, corporate videos, and YouTube content.
- Develop creative concepts, references, visual styles, and storytelling approaches for campaigns and shoots.
- Plan and guide video shoots, including concepts, scenes, framing, visual references, and overall execution.
- Create engaging videos using strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Handle colour correction, colour grading, audio enhancement, and final video finishing.
- Review video outputs and ensure they meet the required creative and quality standards before delivery.
- Lead and mentor video editors, videographers, and other creative team members.
- Work closely with content, design, social media, and marketing teams to develop solid campaign ideas.
- Understand each client’s brand and maintain a consistent visual identity and communication style.
- Stay updated with social media trends, filmmaking styles, AI creative tools, and new editing techniques.
- Manage multiple creative projects and ensure quality and timely delivery.

Required Skills





- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and creative production.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of creative direction, storytelling, cinematography, composition, lighting, colour, audio, and typography.
- Experience in directing/planning shoots and developing creative concepts.
- Strong understanding of content for Instagram, YouTube, digital advertising, and brand campaigns.
- Ability to lead and mentor a creative/video team.
- Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced creative agency environment.
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-based creative tools is an advantage.
- Creative/Digital Agency experience is highly preferred.

A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating video editing and creative direction capabilities is mandatory.

Pay: ₹14,546.47 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kannur District, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
