Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and efficient Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations. The candidate will be responsible for assigning duties to housekeeping staff, preparing work schedules, monitoring attendance and productivity, and ensuring that all assigned areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. The Housekeeping Supervisor will conduct regular inspections, train and guide housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and the secure use of cleaning materials and equipment, maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, report maintenance issues and damages, handle cleaning-related complaints or requests, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

The candidate should also have good proficiency in billing and related documentation, including preparing and verifying bills,



maintaining billing records, checking supporting documents, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring the accurate and timely submission of bills. Proficiency in MS Excel and billing or accounting software will be preferred.

Requirements

- Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Facility Management, or a relevant field.
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in facility/housekeeping management.
- Good knowledge of billing, bill preparation, verification, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant billing or accounting software.
- Ability to supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, cleaning materials, and safety requirements.
- Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and ensure the timely completion of assigned responsibilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
