Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Sales qualified with hands-on experience in Gensets / DG Sets to drive regional sales growth, expand dealer networks, and achieve aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive retail sales of Gensets / DG Sets in the assigned territory
- Appoint, develop, and manage dealers & distributors
- Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners and end customers
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Mandatory Requirements:

- 3–10 years of experience in Retail / Channel Sales (Gensets / DG Sets preferred)
- Strong dealer & distributor network management experience
- Good understanding of regional market dynamics
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
