- Fabrication Experience: Hands-on experience in GI (Galvanized Iron) and SS (Stainless Steel) sheet-metal fabrication up to 1.6 mm thickness.
- CNC Machine Handling: Should be capable of operating, setting, and supervising CNC machines used for sheet-metal fabrication, including CNC laser/punching, bending, etc.
- Manpower Management: Ability to lead and manage a workforce of 30+ personnel, including operators, fabricators, welders, and helpers.
- Production Management: Capable of planning daily production, allocating manpower, monitoring output, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of sheet-metal fabrication processes, drawings, measurements, tolerances, welding, bending, and assembly.
- Shop-Floor Supervision:



Should be comfortable working directly on the shop floor and resolving production, machine, and manpower issues.
- Safety & 5S: Responsible for maintaining shop-floor safety, housekeeping, 5S, and proper machine operating practices.
- Industry Preference: Experience in HVAC ducting, AHU/FCU fabrication, cleanroom equipment, ventilation systems, or similar sheet-metal manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹48,666.02 per month
