Assistant Designer– Sampling

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end sample development and execution.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, stitching, finishing and sampling techniques.
- Understand tech packs, measurements, sketches and construction details.
- Coordinate closely with Design, Pattern, Cutting, Stitching and Sample Teams.
- Follow up on sample progress and ensure timely completion.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate for pattern, fit and construction corrections.
- Ensure samples are developed as per design, measurements, fabric and finishing requirements.
- Check samples thoroughly and ensure all comments/corrections are properly incorporated.
- Should have valuable knowledge of different garment techniques and value additions.
- Strong coordination, communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Ideal Candidate

A technically strong and execution-oriented person who can understand the design, coordinate with the sample team and independently drive the sample development process from start to final approval.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
