Job Title: Accountancy, Economics & Business Studies Faculty

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and passionate Commerce Faculty to teach Accountancy, Economics, and Business Studies to senior secondary students. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering concept-based lessons, preparing students for board examinations, conducting assessments, and developing strong analytical, numerical, and business-related skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Accountancy, Economics, and Business Studies.
- Prepare students for Class XI–XII board examinations and other relevant competitive examinations.
- Develop lesson plans, notes, worksheets, assignments, projects, and practice materials.
- Explain accounting concepts, economic theories, business principles, and practical applications clearly.
- Provide regular numerical and case-study-based practice in Accountancy and Business Studies.
- Conduct class tests, periodic assessments, mock examinations, and revision sessions.
- Analyze student performance and provide additional academic support where required.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and remedial classes for students.
- Keep students updated with relevant business, economic,



and financial developments.
- Guide students in projects, presentations, case studies, and practical assignments.
- Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and academic progress records.
- Mentor students regarding higher education and career opportunities in Commerce and related fields.
- Collaborate with other faculty members for academic planning and interdisciplinary activities.
- Participate in parent meetings, staff meetings, workshops, examinations, and school events.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in Commerce / Economics / Business Studies / relevant subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or equivalent recognized teacher-training qualification preferred/required as applicable.
- Strong knowledge of the senior secondary Commerce curriculum.
- Previous experience teaching Accountancy, Economics, and/or Business Studies is preferred.
- Experience in board examination preparation will be an advantage.
