Core Responsibilities

- Sterile Utility Management: Oversee critical utilities like HVAC systems for cleanrooms, Water for Injection (WFI), Pure Steam, and compressed gases.
- Equipment Maintenance: Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance for high-precision sterile processing lines, including vial washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, liquid filling lines, and freeze dryers (lyophilizers).
- Compliance and Validation: Ensure absolute adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory audits (USFDA, MHRA), and equipment qualification/validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Aseptic Area Protocols: Enforce strict containment and hygiene standards during invasive maintenance inside or near cleanroom environments.
- Calibration Programs: Direct scheduled calibration of critical sensors,



pressure gauges, temperature probes, and weighing balances.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule plant engineers and technicians to maintain 24/7 operational readiness with minimal downtime.
- Inventory & Vendor Control: Manage critical spare parts inventory and oversee external contractors for specialized servicing.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
