Job Summary:

We are seeking an Experienced and Innovative Senior Mechanical Product Validation Engineer to join our Power Products team. In this role, you will be responsible for Product Validation & Qualification of newly developed Power Connector Solutions starting from Proto build until Product launch. You will engage closely with the Lead Engineer, Design Engineers to define Qualification Plan based on the Product Requirements, Application requirement and Product Qualification requirement and ensure that Product is released after meeting all Mechanical, Electrical, and Environmental requirements. You will work as part of a global cross-functional team, interfacing regularly with program management, suppliers, Product Design Engineers and Internal Stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare Product Qualification Plan - Short Term & Long Term

· Validating Tests & Ensuring compliance with Industry Standards

· Design Fixtures required for the Product Testing

· Works with Customer to Identify special needs for the test

· Develop required Test Set up working with Lab for Testing

· Ensures that all the Tests has been completed before its Ist product Release

· Work with Tool Design for the Newly developed Component for Qualification and Improvement

· FAIR Review of Component

· Decision for Deviation Dimension along with Design Team

· Coordinates FAIR Review of the FG part along with Quality





· Work closely with Product Development teams to identify potential Design risks and improve design for manufacturability and testability.

· Recommend design changes or corrective actions based on test results, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

· Collaborate with suppliers to validate new materials and components for Power Product Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Master’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Validations preferably with power connectors or related electromechanical products.
- Expertise with CAD software: Creo (mandatory),
- Design for Testing (DFT)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including injection molding, stamping, plating, molding, and assembly.
- Solid understanding on the all the Product testing Standards – EIA , IEC , IS.
- Experience in product testing, validation processes, and qualification protocols.

· Knowledge & Experience in the below tools will be added advantage

· Failure Mode Analysis (FMEA)

· Root Cause Analysis

· Statistical Process Control (SPC)

- Solid communication skills with the ability to effectively present technical information to global customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of global industry standards and regulatory certifications (e.g., UL, IEC, EIA).
- High technical aptitude and willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
