We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor – Banquet to oversee housekeeping operations for banquet halls and event areas. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and timely setup of banquet venues while leading the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise housekeeping staff assigned to banquet areas.
- Ensure banquet halls, meeting rooms, washrooms, and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with the banquet and event teams for timely venue setup and turnover.
- Inspect event areas before, during, and after functions to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Allocate daily duties and monitor staff performance.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and raise replenishment requests.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.




- Prepare daily reports and maintain housekeeping records.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in hotels or banquet facilities.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Valuable leadership and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and cleaning procedures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and event schedules.
