Job Profile
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Manage sales of cosmetics, skincare, haircare and personal care products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers and key customers.
- Identify current markets, customers and business opportunities.
- Manage and motivate the sales team and monitor their performance.
- Plan sales promotions, schemes and product launches in coordination with the marketing team.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports and market analysis.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts and Marketing teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure achievement of sales growth, market expansion and customer satisfaction.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
