Talent Acquisition Executive – IT Recruitment

Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills and be comfortable handling multiple technical requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
- Candidates with experience in software/IT companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job profiles.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with multiple requirements and tight deadlines.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Education

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
