*Taking exact measurements and photographs to verify property details against official drawings and sanctioned maps.

* Researching market trends, analyzing recent sales of comparable properties, and consulting with local agents to determine fair market value.

* Preparing comprehensive valuation and building estimation reports for Bank sanctions.

KEY SKILLS FOR VALUATION ENGINEERS:-

* Technical Knowledge:- A solid foundation in Civil Engineering, understanding construction costs and structural health.

* Analytical Powers:- Ability to interpret market data and build financial models to estimate worth.

* Software Proficiency:- AutoCAD (2D & 3D Modelling) for drawing, Excel for complex modelling.
