About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Design Mentor to join our team in Calicut/Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of practical experience in graphic design and a strong interest in teaching and mentoring aspiring designers.

The candidate will be responsible for providing practical training, guiding students through real-world projects, and helping them develop industry-ready graphic design skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical and interactive graphic design training sessions.
- Mentor students and help them develop professional design skills.
- Teach design principles such as color theory, typography, composition, branding, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Train students in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
- Guide students in creating social media posts, advertisements, brochures, posters, banners, logos, presentations, and branding materials.
- Provide hands-on guidance through assignments and live projects.
- Review student projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students develop professional portfolios.
- Keep students updated with current design trends and industry practices.
- Provide career guidance and practical insights into the graphic design industry.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.




- Robust knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, and Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and visual composition.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students learn.
- Ability to explain design concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- A portfolio or sample work is required.
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in social media design and digital marketing creatives.
- Knowledge of branding and visual identity design.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design is an advantage.
- Ability to create professional marketing and promotional materials.
- Awareness of current graphic design trends and AI-assisted design tools.
