Job Overview

Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of experience to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding, targeting, and overall performance.
- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and A/B testing.
- Prepare performance reports and identify opportunities to improve ROI.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives.
- Guide and coordinate with junior team members on campaign execution and daily tasks.
- Ensure team activities and campaign deliverables are completed on time.
- Use relevant AI tools for research,



optimization, reporting, and productivity.
