The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining our natural dog food products, answering customer queries, and converting leads into sales. The position offers an prospect to work in a growing pet food brand with a collaborative environment and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact leads through phone calls and WhatsApp to generate sales.
- Explain Royalfurr Natural Dog Food products, ingredients, benefits, and offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements, dog breed, age, and current food habits.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into orders.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, customer responses, and sales.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat purchases.




- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass / Any Degree, with 0–1 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.

Candidates should have:

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Confidence and a positive attitude while speaking with customers.
- Strong convincing and sales skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work towards daily and monthly sales targets.
- Prior experience in pet products or telesales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
