Position

CNC Machine Operator & Programmer

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator & Programmer to operate and program CNC machines for wood, MDF, plywood and acrylic cutting/carving work.

The candidate should be able to independently handle jobs from drawing/design to final CNC output, with positive knowledge of CNC operation, tool selection and machine setup.

Responsibilities

* Operate CNC router machines safely and efficiently.

* Create and edit CNC programs/toolpaths based on drawings and designs.

* Work with AutoCAD, CorelDRAW and/or CNC design/CAM software.

* Set up materials, tools, cutting parameters and machine zero.

* Perform 2D cutting, engraving and 3D carving.

* Check dimensions and quality of finished parts.

* Identify and troubleshoot basic machine and cutting problems.

* Optimize cutting time and material usage.

* Maintain the CNC machine and keep the work area clean.

* Follow production schedules and complete jobs on time.

Requirements





* Previous experience operating CNC router machines.

* Good understanding of CNC programming and G-code/toolpaths.

* Experience with wood, MDF, plywood and acrylic is preferred.

* Knowledge of 2D and 3D CNC machining.

* Ability to read technical drawings.

* Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

* Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

Experience

2+ years preferred, but skilled candidates with less experience may also be considered.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.

Important: We are specifically looking for someone who can both operate the CNC machine and create/edit the programs/toolpaths, not just a machine operator.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹33,227.04 per month
