Production Planning Executive

Location: Manjusar GIDC, Vadodara, Gujarat

Job Purpose
Plan, coordinate and monitor production activities to ensure smooth production, optimum resource utilization and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate material, manpower and machine availability.
- Execute production schedules and monitor daily output.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Stores teams.
- Monitor production performance, inventory and schedule adherence.
- Prepare and review production reports and KPIs.
- Identify production delays and take corrective actions.
- Support productivity improvement through Lean Manufacturing and 5S.

Required Skills

- Production Planning & Control (PPC)
- MRP / ERP knowledge
- Production scheduling and capacity planning




- Inventory & material management
- MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions
- Production reporting and documentation
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Lean Manufacturing & 5S

Preferred: Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems.
