We are looking for a Paint Supervisor to manage and supervise ongoing painting and finishing work on our factory paint shop floor. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing manpower, coordinating paint-related activities, ensuring quality standards, and completing work within the given timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise all ongoing painting and finishing work on the factory floor.
- Ensure paint-related work is completed within the assigned timelines.
- Manage and allocate manpower according to work requirements.
- Monitor the quality and finishing of paint work.
- Ensure proper availability and usage of paint and related materials.
- Maintain basic records of paint materials and requirements.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth and timely completion of work.
- Identify and address issues related to painting, finishing,



manpower, or materials.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in painting, finishing, factory/shop-floor supervision, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of painting and finishing work.
- Good manpower handling and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage work within deadlines.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Candidates with experience in a factory paint shop, furniture/modular manufacturing, interior finishing, or similar industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
