- Design new tablet (immediate or modified release) and capsule formulations.
- Choose suitable inactive ingredients, also called excipients.
- Pick manufacturing methods like direct compression, wet granulation, or dry granulation.
- Test raw materials for flow, solubility, and moisture absorption.
- Check how active drugs mix with excipients using analytical tools.
- Run dissolution and stability tests following official guidelines.
- Run trial batches in the lab using blenders, granulators, and tablet presses.
- Fix production issues like sticking, capping, or poor content uniformity.
- Help transfer successful formulas from lab scale to large factory production.
- Write master formulas, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and product development reports.
- Ensure all work meets Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
