Position: Area Sales Executive
Division: FMCG/ Ayurvedic/ OTC
Location: Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh

*Age Criteria: Upto 40 years.*

*Experience: 2-8 years*

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets across the assigned territory.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with stockists and distributors.
- Lead, train, motivate and guide the sales team.
- Ensure effective market coverage and product availability.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve territory goals.
- Build strong market presence across the assigned region.

Candidate Requirement:

- Modern Trade knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience in Ayurvedic, Herbal OTC or FMCG products.
- Proven experience as a frontline Sales Supervisor / Manager.
- Robust experience in stockist/distributor handling and sales team management.
