We are looking for a Client Management Executive who will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered as promised.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear internal briefs.
- Coordinate with creative, production, and other internal teams for project execution.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, revisions, and client approvals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely project updates.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated to the internal team.
- Track project progress and follow up on pending approvals or deliverables.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.




- Identify opportunities for repeat business and additional services.
- Maintain client records, project documentation, quotations, and related communication.

Requirement:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-management abilities.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Solid problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Professional, confident, and solution-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in advertising, media, production, digital marketing, or a creative agency is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
