About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Figma, web design, and landing page design. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience, visual design, responsive layouts, and modern design principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Design modern, intuitive, and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
- Create high-quality landing pages with a strong focus on user experience and conversion.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Create and maintain reusable Figma components and design systems.
- Translate business and product requirements into effective UI/UX solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, marketing teams, and stakeholders.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Improve existing websites and landing pages based on feedback and performance requirements.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, icons, and visual elements.
- Create supporting graphic assets and marketing creatives when required.
- Prepare design specifications and assets for smooth developer handoff.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX, web design, and digital design trends.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- Solid hands-on experience with Figma.
- Proven experience designing websites and landing pages.




- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and visual design.
- Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and conversion-focused designs.
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX, website, Figma, and landing-page projects.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is not just a traditional graphic designer. We are specifically looking for someone whose recent experience is strongly focused on UI/UX + Figma + Website Design + Landing Pages. Candidates should be able to demonstrate real projects where they have designed complete digital experiences, rather than only creating social media posts, banners, brochures, or other traditional graphic-design materials.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
