Position Title: Management Representative (MR) / IMS Facilitator

Salary: max 9lpa

Job Purpose:

To establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements, ensuring compliance with customer, statutory, environmental, and organizational requirements.

System Management

Establish, maintain, and continually improve the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Documentation Control

Maintain and control IMS documents, procedures, records, and related documentation.

Training & Awareness

Conduct IMS training and awareness programs and support employee competency development.

Audit Management

Plan and conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits, and ensure closure of audit findings.

Compliance & Improvement

Monitor compliance requirements, manage corrective actions, and drive continual improvement initiatives.

Environmental Management

Maintain environmental aspects, waste management activities, and environmental compliance records.

Reporting

Prepare KPI reports, management review inputs,



and IMS performance reports.

Coordination

Coordinate with all departments for effective IMS implementation and maintenance.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor certification.

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in IMS, QMS, or EMS.
- Experience in internal audits, document control, compliance management, and continual improvement activities.
