Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our VinFast EV showroom in Erode.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and provide information about VinFast EV cars.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule customer visits and test drives.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Conduct post-delivery customer follow-ups.
- Support showroom customer engagement activities.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship, Telecalling, Automobile, or Sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good Tamil communication skills and basic English.
- Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary & Benefits

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + attractive incentives, based on experience and performance.
