- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day activities on the assigned hospital floor.
- Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, nurses, housekeeping, laboratory, pharmacy, billing and other departments.
- Monitor patient movement, admissions, transfers and discharges and ensure timely coordination.
- Address patient and attendant queries and escalate complaints or issues to the concerned department.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety and proper maintenance of the assigned floor.
- Monitor availability of essential supplies, equipment and other floor requirements.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for timely patient care and services.
- Maintain and monitor floor-related records, registers and reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, patient safety practices and NABH requirements.
- Report incidents, deficiencies, maintenance issues and operational concerns to the concerned authority.
- Support hospital administration during emergencies, inspections, audits and other operational activities.
- Maintain qualified communication and ensure good coordination among staff, patients and attendants

Pay: ₹10,169.07 - ₹25,000.00 per month
